At just 28 years old, a young father is fighting for his life after being diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Failure. Due to his illness, he has become jobless and is unable to support his wife and small child. Doctors have advised an urgent kidney transplant, and in a selfless act of love, his wife is ready to donate her kidney to save him.

The transplant cost is nearly ₹2,00,000, which the family cannot afford. Although they have applied for government yojana support, the remaining expenses are still very high.
